Concrete Use Case
You have appointed a team member as a Group Leader. You want to know exactly what they can do: modify or delete data entered by their team, manage forms, or manage the users and groups they are in charge of.
Entered Data
For a Group Leader to be able to delete a user's data:
they must have a User profile,
they must have a Group Leader profile, but not in read-only mode,
their group must have data entry rights on the form,
the user must belong to the same group as the Group Leader.
⚠️ Important
A read-only Group Leader can neither modify nor delete data from users in their group: they can only view and export it.
Forms
A Group Leader can, under certain conditions, modify, delete or copy a form, and manage its access rights.
Modify a Form
For a Group Leader to be able to modify a form on the web interface:
their main group (or child group) must be the owner of the form,
they must have the right to create and modify forms.

Delete a Form
For a Group Leader to be able to delete a Form on the web interface:
their main group (or child group) must be the owner of the Form,
they must have the right to create and modify Forms,
the Form must not be used outside their consultation scope.

Copy a Form
For a Group Leader to be able to copy a Form on the web interface:
they must have the right to view the Form,
they must have a defined main group.
Manage Form rights
For a Group Leader to be able to modify the rights on a Form, they must have the right to create and modify Forms.
For them to be able to share a Form:
they must have the right to create and modify Forms,
their main group or one of their child groups must be the owner of it.
Users and Groups
A Group Leader can also manage the Users and Groups within their scope.
User management
For a Group Leader to be able to view the list of Users within their scope, they must have the right to create and modify Users.
For them to be able to modify a User's profile:
they must have the right to create and modify Users,
the User must belong to the same Group as the Group Leader,
the Group Leader must belong to the Group that owns the User.
Group management
For a Group Leader to be able to view and modify a Group within their scope, they must have the right to create and modify Groups.
