1. Keep your application up to date
Regularly check that your application is up to date from your mobile's Store. To never miss an update, you can enable automatic updates in your Store settings.
2. Optimize the application's performance
Follow the recommended technical prerequisites.
The application works in Offline mode, however you must be authenticated before losing network access. Ideally, launch it before disconnecting in order to retrieve the latest changes made on the Back-office.
Regularly log out via Log out in the Profile section.
If you change mobile devices, first send your pending data, then log out from the first device using the Log out button (Profile section) before logging in on the second one.
Close the application after each use.
Enable geolocation in your mobile's settings.
Check that the date and time on your mobile are correct.
Regularly save your data as a draft while filling it in.
Avoid uninstalling the application. If you must do so, make sure no data is being entered or pending submission, including drafts entered in offline mode.
⚠️ Important
The draft is saved on the server only when you exit it. Therefore, do not close the application without first exiting the draft.
3. Efficiently manage your storage space
Delete data that has already been sent,
Delete media from the application gallery.
If you do not want to delete media manually, disable the option Always copy images to the Kizeo Forms gallery.
Enable the option Free up storage space on startup, in the settings of the Profile section: space will be freed automatically each time the application is opened.
If this option is not enabled, you can free up space manually by tapping Free up storage space, available at the bottom of the application settings.
4. Understanding the different states of your data
The Kizeo Forms application distinguishes two states for your data being entered. It is important to understand them well to avoid any loss of information.

From the Forms tab: if you open a form, start filling it in, then exit without sending it or saving it as a draft, the data remains in local entry and is not saved on the server.
From the Inbox tab: if you open received data, modify it, then exit without sending it or saving it as a draft, your changes are not saved on the server.

From the Forms tab: if you open a form, start filling it in and then save it as a draft, the data is saved on the server. You can find it and resume it at any time from the Drafts tab.
From the Inbox tab: if you open received data, modify it and then save it as a draft, your changes are saved on the server and accessible from the Drafts tab.

Data that you have filled in and sent but whose submission has failed is automatically placed in the Pending tab. It will remain there until the submission can succeed.
💡 Tip
If data remains pending even though you have network access, try logging out and then logging back in.

Data successfully sent is considered complete and saved on the server.
4.5 The Server Tab
This tab groups all your completed data, meaning data that is securely saved on the server.
⚠️ Important
In case of uninstallation of the application, only the data saved on the server will be kept. All other data will be permanently lost.
