Get the ID of a Form

Each form has a unique identifier (ID), essential for your connectors, our API, and your exchanges with support.

It can be useful to know the ID of your forms to use a connector or our API.

It is also information that our support team systematically asks you for in order to process your request.

Prerequisites: have access to the form configuration (rights Administrator or sufficient rights on the relevant form).

ℹ️ Info — The ID of a form never changes, even if you modify its name or content. You can therefore note it down once and for all.

Retrieve the ID from the browser URL

  1. Go to the form configuration.

  2. Look at the URL displayed in your browser.

  3. Locate the value that follows /forms/: this is the ID of your form.

Example:

https://forms.kizeo.com/forms/1199156/edit/fields

Here, the Form ID is 1199156.

💡 Tip — If you need to share several IDs with support or a connector, copy them directly from the address bar rather than retyping them: this way you avoid any data entry errors.
