Sort forms by heading

To easily find your forms, you can organize them by distributing them into headings.

How it works

By default, all forms are placed in a heading named (Random), which is itself linked to the Company account group. You can then customize the display in two ways: by choosing to highlight the main group or the heading, and by expanding or collapsing headings as needed.

ℹ️ Please note

Groups, headings and forms are always sorted in alphabetical order.

Display the main group or the heading first

The Display main group first option is enabled by default. The main group corresponds to the owner of the form. You can disable this option if you prefer the display to be reversed.

Open or close sections

Sections are open by default, but you can close them to simplify the display:

  1. Click the upward chevron to open a section;

  2. Click the downward chevron to close it.

Manage sections

You have three ways to access section management, from the My Forms page:

  1. the pencil icon located to the right of a section name;

  2. the More button at the end of a Form row;

  3. the gear icon, at the top right of a Form's configuration page (to access it, click the Modify button).

Create a heading

Three possible methods:

  1. via the pencil: enter the heading name, then confirm (confirmation message "Heading name changed");

  2. via the More button: select Heading, enter the desired name, then confirm;

  3. via the gear wheel: in the Form configuration, click on it to access the options, enter a heading name, then save (confirmation message "The Form options have been updated").

Rename a heading

Click on the pencil next to the heading name, modify the name, then click Edit. The message Heading name changed confirms the modification.

Move a Form to another heading

Two options:

  1. via the More button: choose the destination heading from the list, then confirm;

  2. via the gear wheel: in the General Options field, under ‘Heading’ enter the new name, then save.

Delete a heading

A heading must always contain at least one Form to exist: it disappears automatically as soon as its last Form is deleted or moved to another heading.

On the mobile application

On the home page of the mobile application, Forms are also sorted by heading. Some headings may be closed by default.

Close headings by default

To choose which categories should remain closed, from the web interface:

  1. To choose which headings should remain closed, this must be done from the web interface:

  2. open the Kizeo Forms Settings menu;

  3. click on the Headings tab;

  4. select the relevant headings;

  5. confirm.

ℹ️ Please note: the Random heading does not appear in this list, as it is not considered a heading in its own right.

Open a closed heading

From the Forms tab, click the "+" button to the left of the form name.

Navigate to a heading

If your list of forms is long, scrolling through it to find a heading can be tedious. Tap the three dots in the top right corner, then select the heading in which the desired form is located: you are redirected directly to that heading, making it easier to find.
