1. Export the list
Open your advanced list in its editor.
Click on the Imports / Exports icon in the list toolbar.
In the Export your list section, under Download the complete list, click on xlsx
format.
The file is downloaded to your computer.
2. Prepare the Excel file
2.1 The ID column
In the exported file, the first column, ID, contains the identifier of each line (label).
⚠️ Important
Always keep the ID column as the first column, whether you are adding or modifying lines, even if it is empty.
2.2 Modify lines
Open the downloaded file.
Edit the desired lines, without changing their ID.
Delete the lines you are not modifying.
Save the file.
ℹ️ Good to know
You can also import the complete file, with both modified and unmodified lines. The update will then take longer. We therefore recommend importing only the lines to be modified.
2.3 Add lignes
Open the downloaded file.
Delete the existing lines.
Enter the new lines, leaving the ID column empty.
Save the file.
The lines are added to the list. Existing lines are not modified.
3. Import the file
In the Imports / Exports panel, under the Update from an Excel file section, below Create or edit lines, click on the paperclip.
Select your file.
The import starts automatically. A notification indicates that the update is in progress:
ℹ️ Good to know
You can continue working during the update.
Once the update is complete, a notification indicates the number of lines processed:
⚠️ Important
If the following message appears, make sure that the first column of your file is the ID column (see 2.1 The ID column), then import the file again.

4. Display the changes
In the notification, click on Reload the list. The changes appear in the list.
Example: Priscilla DURAND's site changes from TOULON…
… to AVIGNON.
