Creating Your First Form: A Step-by-Step Guide.
Step 1: Access the Form Builder
Log In: Sign in to the online platform (Form Builder).
Navigate to Forms: Click on 'Forms' and select 'Create a Form'.
Choose a Template: Decide whether to create a new personalized form or use a template from the library.
Kizeo offers pre-built forms as examples to showcase various functionalities and scenarios. These templates can give you a rough idea of what’s possible with Kizeo Forms. Our goal is to help you build forms tailored to your specific needs.
Step 2: Name and build your form.
Name Your Form: Give your form a name.
Add Fields:
On the right-hand side of your screen, you will see different fields you can use to build your form.
The left-hand side features a virtual tablet representing your form.
Drag elements from the right side and drop them onto the virtual tablet. Alternatively, click an element to add it to your form.
Step 3: Customise and Save Your Form
Arrange Fields:
Rename fields directly when inserting them or later by accessing the field's settings (gray pencil icon).
To make a field mandatory, click the asterisk icon.
Duplicate fields or select multiple fields using Ctrl + Click, and use the 'Copy' button (bottom left corner) to copy fields.
Delete a field or a selection of fields using the 'Delete' button (bottom left corner).
Save Your Form:
Click the 'Save' button to save your form or modifications.
Click 'Quit' to exit the form builder.
Download the App
After creating your form, you can fill it out using the mobile application. Download the app from the appropriate app store.
Modify your form.
Access Your Forms:
Go to the left tab "Forms" and then "My Forms".
Modify Your Form:
Find the form you want to modify and click the 'Modify' button.
Make the necessary changes and remember to click 'Save' when you are done.
