When you export your data, the name of the report is the name of the form by default. In this tutorial, you will discover how to edit the name of your exported file. This customisation will be effective on custom-made reports (Word, PDF and Excel) and on the Standard PDF.
⚠️ Warning
Customisation with tags is only possible in Word, Excel and Standard PDF.
Configuration to edit the name of the exported file.
Go to the creation / modification area of your form
Go to the Exports tab.
Here you can edit the name of the exported files. You can also use tags present in your form (name of you customer, date and time...). In our example, we use text and tags.
Do not forget to save your modification!
