A status with advanced management rights in Kizeo Forms, capable of configuring, supervising, and managing forms and accounts on the platform.
API
An application programming interface (API) offered by Kizeo Forms, which is a web service. Our APIs allow IT systems to interact with Kizeo Forms and facilitate communication and integration between Kizeo Forms and other business software, while complying with Kizeo Forms’ access constraints.
ℹ️ Note: API access requires a Kizeo Forms Token.
Application
A mobile app downloadable from the Play Store or App Store for smartphones or tablets. It allows field users to complete forms created by an Administrator or Group Leader through the Kizeo Forms Web Interface.
B
Tag
A computer identifier assigned to each field of a form. Represented by a code like ##client##
.
These "tags" are used to customize reports, emails, and data exports by linking specific values to the corresponding fields.
Block Tag
An element that allows conditional display of entire or partial sections of a document or email based on tag content.
This feature is used only in Word documents and Email Scenarios, offering advanced customization by adapting content to defined criteria.
Sharing Library
Enterprise, Group, or Subscriber Libraries are dedicated spaces where you can share forms you have created with selected users.
Kizeo Forms Library
Ready-to-use and customizable form templates available on Kizeo Forms, across a variety of fields like Construction, Inspection, Environment, Health, Logistics, etc.
These templates are designed to meet specific industry needs, saving Administrators time when creating forms. They can be modified to fit specific requirements and create tailored forms.

Field
An element or predefined area available in Kizeo Forms for designing custom forms.
Our 26 fields allow you to configure and customize input zones in created forms.
Custom User Field
A feature that lets you add up to 20 specific values to each user, offering more flexibility to collect and manage information. Each filled field tags a profile with personalized data.
Group Leader
A status with specific permissions to manage and access data from one or more defined user groups, depending on assigned rights.
Company Code
An identifier automatically generated when your account is created.
Alongside your username and password, it plays an essential role in your authentication or interactions with Kizeo Forms services. It acts like a customer ID.
Examples: "SOCIETE34B" or "ENT367”.
Company Account
A secure enterprise space that Users, Group Leaders, and Administrators can access to create, manage, and store forms using the Kizeo Forms platform, according to their respective rights.
This account centralizes collected data and provides customization and administrative features to optimize form and information management.
Visibility Condition(s)
These allow the display of fields to be personalized based on previous responses or predefined conditions, including logical operators like "AND", "OR", and "IF/THEN".
This helps create dynamic and adaptive forms where only relevant fields are shown, improving the user experience.
BI Connector
A feature that exposes a copy of client data in a secure MongoDB-type database, making it queryable by major Business Intelligence (BI) software such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Clic Data, Excel, etc.
It enables integration of form data into BI tools for advanced analysis and data visualization.

Deep Linking
A link in Kizeo Forms that directs users to specific content in the Mobile App. Using a hyperlink formatted as kizeoforms://
, users can directly access specific features within the app.
Data
The result of a completed and submitted form. Each completed form generates a unique data entry.

Export
The action of saving data created in the Kizeo Forms App to other formats (Word, PDF, Excel, etc.), enabling flexible data storage, sharing, or analysis, and report generation.
Regular Expression(s)
A regular expression or regex is a character string that describes, with a specific syntax, a set of possible character strings.

Form
An online document template created on the Kizeo Forms platform to efficiently collect, enter, and manage field data. It consists of interactive fields that enable the collection of digital information like text, photos, audio, geolocation, etc.

Access Rights Management
A set of features allowing control and definition of statuses, access levels, and user permissions for forms and data.
Main Group
A main group must be defined to create forms, users, or groups. The "Company Account" main group is the highest in the hierarchy.
User Group
A group of users organized to collectively manage access rights to forms and data. A Group Leader may be assigned to access data entered by group members.
I
Username
A personal identifier, along with the password and Company Code, created by an Administrator or Group Leader during profile creation. It grants access to the Kizeo Forms App and Web Interface, and identifies the user's profile.
Import
A feature that allows importing data to pre-fill forms or External Lists from a predefined Excel template.
Integration
A predefined connection with other services or software enabling Kizeo Forms to collaborate and exchange data smoothly and automatically, enriching system functionality.
An integration library is available, including Dropbox, Trackdéchets, Docusign, etc.
Kizeo Admin Interface
A platform for centralized management and configuration of Kizeo Forms settings and users. It simplifies supervision and control over data collection and online form activities.
Kizeo Forms Web Interface
An online platform allowing Administrators to create, customize, and manage forms, as well as collect and process data efficiently via a web browser.

Kommunity
An online support platform where users can share ideas, tips, and feedback on using and customizing Kizeo Forms. It’s a space for learning and problem-solving with help from the User Community.

Kizeo Forms License
An individual usage authorization for Kizeo Forms, assigned to a physical user and linked to a specific smartphone or tablet.
ℹ️ Note: Each license (subscription) allows access and use of Kizeo Forms on only one mobile device at a time.
List
A compilation of information, similar to a database, integrated into one or more forms to automate field data entry. This eliminates repetitive manual input and ensures data updates.
External Lists can be updated via Excel files or automatically through the API.
Coded List
Links a list selection to a particular value (e.g., a number) not visible to field users. This list may also be linked to barcodes or QR codes, displaying the assigned label upon scan. During export, a different name than the input one can be shown.
Filtered List
A list that can be restricted to display only values relevant to certain team members.
Example: a Paris-based team sees only clients from Île-de-France.
This feature customizes visibility of External List items based on User Profile data. It is linked to Custom User Field configuration.
Hierarchical List
Optimizes data entry on mobile devices by structuring information access.
Example: a region list can lead to department selection, then display associated cities.
This list can contain up to 9 hierarchical levels.
Referential List
In this list, a main item is linked to up to 49 reference values or columns. When an element is selected (e.g., technician name), associated information (like email or phone) is automatically filled in the form.
Simple List
A list with a single column of data.
Example: a city list.
Suggestion List
To ease data entry for field collaborators, you can propose a predefined Suggestion List via an Input Field—e.g., list of inspection sites, email addresses, etc.

Input Mask
A tool that determines the required format for an Input Field. It standardizes and controls data entry by defining specific formats for fields such as SIRET numbers or license plates.
Input masks ensure that recorded data matches the specified format.
Media
Includes visual data types such as photos, images, drawings, and diagrams.
Mobile Device
A device (smartphone or tablet) used to enter data on the go via the Kizeo Forms Mobile App.

Push
The action of sending a pre-filled form from the Kizeo Forms Web Interface to field users' mobile devices. Initiated by the Administrator via a CSV or XLSX import, it allows field users to only complete missing data—saving time. Also available via the API.
Automatic Push
An advanced feature that automates data transfer to pre-established recipients. It enables transferring selected information from a source form to one or more destination forms, creating child data linked to the parent form.

Custom Report
A summary document generated from data collected via the Kizeo Forms Mobile App. These reports provide an overview of form data and can be in PDF, Excel, or Word format.
They are designed and tailored by the Client to meet specific needs.

Email Scenario
A feature that automatically sends emails after data is submitted. It allows Administrators to create automated workflows to communicate effectively with specific recipients (teams, clients, providers...).
Administrators and Group Leaders can configure and customize these scenarios and email content by defining specific conditions.
FTP Server
The FTP option enables automatic sending of daily CSV files from your forms to a pre-configured FTP server. This helps organize and back up form data in a structured way.
ℹ️ Notes:
Supports FTP and FTPS, but not SFTP.
Requires technical skills.
Subfield
An additional field embedded within a main form field. Subfields allow entering more detailed or specific information related to the main field, supporting more precise and structured data collection.
Status
Refers to the three distinct roles that define access rights and permissions in your Kizeo Forms account. These are Administrator, Group Leader, and User. Each status grants specific permissions to manage responsibilities and actions on the platform.

Dashboard
A summary view of form-related activities, allowing administrators to monitor account status in real time. It displays key information to help with activity tracking and control.
Token
A secure authentication element used to establish and maintain a connection between third-party applications and the Kizeo Forms platform. The Token authorizes access and manipulation of form data via the API. It is specific to each profile.
Transfer
A feature allowing one User to send their data to another User (mobile device).
During the transfer, the data is not considered "finalized". This allows multiple people to work on the same form consecutively. One can start entering information and pass it to another collaborator to complete. Transferred data is saved on the server.
Automatic Transfer
An advanced feature that allows:
Predefining recipients of data transfers.
Setting advanced conditions to trigger or not trigger these transfers.
U
User
A status with rights to collect data using the Kizeo Forms mobile app. However, the User cannot access the account’s creation and management space. Each User profile requires an active license.
ℹ️ Note: If an Administrator or Group Leader wants to collect data, they also need a user license.

Webhook
In Kizeo Forms, webhooks allow real-time integration with other systems and services via APIs.
Instead of regularly polling APIs for updates, webhooks instantly notify you when a specific event occurs, including the information contained in the data.
